We all know how hard it can feel to break lifelong bad habits or introduce new positive changes. It can feel like an uphill struggle with life getting in the way of our good intentions. This is even harder when you suffer with a pain or health condition. It just never seems like the right time to start and bad days can make us feel like not bothering.

Doing something positive everyday will make you feel like you are making progress. Don’t have a zero day, even if you feel in awful pain (can’t get to your exercise class or cook a healthy meal) there is something you can do from your system. It can be as small as drinking an extra glass of water, doing a couple of stretches, or a five minute walk.
